This menu replaces the Morphogenesis userbar.
To try it, you must be logged.
The menu is visible and accessible even if the javascript's disabled.
Tested under IE7/6 et Firefox.

For its integration :
1° - in theme.html : include of Mootilisateurs.html file
2° - copy the Mootilisateurs folder in the directory of your theme.
